Forestville Mfg. Co., (J. B. Brown), Forestville, Conn., 8-day time, strike & alarm spring brass fusee movement sharp gothic or steeple clock with rippled molding.
CONDITION:
Rosewood veneered case has lost most of its original finish. There is some small veneer loss on the top back edge. The bottom usually has rippled molding, but it is absent on this clock. The dial is a modern replacement. Original decalcomania tablet with minor loss. Both period hands have been repaired. The tips on both finials have been repaired. Movement is signed. Dark label inside.
